Our History
Sam and Jenn Zimmermann have always been rooted in the land. As owners of their own farm, they built their lives around producing quality food and taking pride in every step of the process. In 2021, they saw an opportunity to bring that same passion to the community, combining Rubi Reds and Highway 45 Meats into one home under the 45 Mercantile name.
Today, 45 Mercantile is more than a store. It’s a place where the people behind the products matter as much as the products themselves. Whether you’re stocking your pantry, looking for the perfect gift, or just stopping in to see what’s new, we’re glad you’re here.
