Sam is a 3rd generation farmer and took over the family farm in 2010. His farm resides on 270 acres, with 450 acres total crop land. His primary focus was milking dairy cows, until 2022. During covid, Sam began selling meat off the farm. When the dairy cows were sold, Sam shifted fully to beef cows. He now supplies a large portion of our 45 Meats products.
